NIHB virtual counselling for Alberta and Manitoba

Secure online counselling sessions by video or phone

You’ve been carrying a lot for a long time.

Maybe you feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that keep pulling you back into the same cycles, even though you’ve been trying to move forward.

And when you finally decide to look for support, figuring out coverage, referrals, and where to even begin can feel overwhelming too.

At TherapEase Counselling, we offer NIHB-approved (Non-Insured Health Benefits) virtual individual counselling for eligible First Nations and Inuit clients in Alberta and Manitoba.

Therapy should feel easier to access, not harder.
