Session Times & Fees
Our session times and fees vary depending on the therapist you work with, as well as the type of therapy you’re accessing (i.e. individual vs couples). To review each practitioner’s fees and availability, visit our online booking page through Jane App for up-to-date information and easy scheduling so that you can make an informed decision about your care”.
Session fees are to be paid in full at time of the appointment. Payment is processed through Jane App and the accepted methods of online payment are: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Debit Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and/or Google Pay.
Appointments are offered daily throughout the week, plus evening availability a few nights per week.

We encourage you to contact your benefit provider directly for more information on your specific mental health coverage details so that you are clear on the potential reimbursement available to you.
Direct Billing
TherapEase is pleased to offer direct billing to most extended health benefit providers! Direct billing allows for more accessible access to therapy and also makes it more convenient for you to make the most of your benefits. In the event we are not able to direct bill to your plan, you may still submit your therapy receipt for reimbursement.
