I want to meet you where you are. Together, we will create a space that truly works for you. I prioritize building a safe, and empathetic environment where you feel empowered to heal and grow.

Get to know me

I am a Registered Social Worker in Alberta and Ontario, I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy to adults of diverse backgrounds. I specialize in addressing mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, life changes and more. I integrate evidence-based therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about fostering resilience by creating a compassionate space where clients feel safe to heal and grow. I am dedicated to providing an affirming place for all, including women, people of color, LGBTQ individuals, and other minority groups. I speak Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

My approach

I view each individual as inherently capable of their own growth, resilience, and self-discovery. I focus on creating a collaborative and empathetic relationship, where you are seen, heard, and valued for who you truly are. I encourage you to explore your feelings, identify your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

When we experience high stress, it’s common to carry heavy emotions, judgment, or shame toward ourselves. This self-judgment can become a heavy burden, making us feel like we are stuck and preventing us from moving forward. In our work together, I strive to explore and learn more about the different parts of yourself—your emotions, experiences, and the weight you might be carrying. Healing is a journey, and I am here to walk alongside you as you uncover the strength, insight, and self-compassion that already exist within you.
