Healing old wounds takes courage—and you don’t have to do it alone. I create space where your story can unfold at your own pace, honoring both your strength and your struggle. Whether in English, Hindi, Punjabi, or Urdu—you’ll be heard and understood.
Get to know me
Carrying weight you can’t put down? Patterns you’ve tried to break but can’t?
You’re doing everything “right”—but something still feels off. Maybe it’s trauma that won’t let go. Maybe it’s anxiety that follows you everywhere. Maybe you’ve lost touch with who you really are.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in gentleness and cultural understanding—I know healing looks different for everyone.
What makes our work different: I bring trauma-focused strategies like EMDR and mindfulness, but more importantly, I bring presence. I listen deeply. I move at your pace. And if your cultural background or identity shapes your experience, I honor that fully.
I offer sessions in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just show up as you are.
My approach
You’re not broken. You’re carrying too much.
When stress and trauma pile up, it’s easy to turn that weight inward—judging yourself, believing something is fundamentally wrong with you. But the strength to heal is already within you. Sometimes you just need the right support to access it.
How we’ll work:
You share your story. I listen without judgment. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface—the emotions you’ve been carrying, the patterns keeping you stuck, the parts of yourself waiting to be rediscovered.
I use proven approaches like EMDR for trauma and mindfulness for resilience, but the real work happens in the relationship we build. Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t have a timeline.
Your pace. Your path. Your healing.
