After 20 years as an educator, I’ve seen how early struggles don’t just disappear—they show up later as anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck. I help adults understand those patterns and move forward with clarity and confidence..
Get to know me
Anxiety keeping you stuck? Childhood wounds still affecting you? Parenting overwhelm taking over?
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I work with adults dealing with anxiety, postpartum, trauma, body image struggles, relationship challenges, parenting, and the weight of unmet childhood needs that keep showing up in adult life.
What makes my approach different: I spent 20 years as an educator before becoming a therapist. Teaching gave me a front-row view of how early stress and unmet needs quietly shift people off course—and how those disruptions don’t disappear with time. They resurface as anxiety, relationship struggles, burnout, or that feeling of being disconnected from yourself.
My work is shaped by this long view of human development and a deep understanding of how early experiences influence who you are today.
I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta and a Canadian Certified Counsellor serving clients across BC, SK, MB, NFLD, and the Territories.
You’re not broken. You’re carrying patterns from the past. Let’s figure out what they are and how to shift them.
My approach
Here’s how we work together:
We start by understanding what’s really keeping you stuck—whether that’s anxiety, unresolved trauma, parenting stress, or patterns from your past that keep repeating.
Then we build on your strengths and create practical strategies to move forward. I use approaches like EMDR for trauma processing, solution-focused therapy for goal-setting, and cognitive behavioral strategies for managing anxiety.
My role isn’t to fix you. It’s to help you:
- Gain clarity on what’s happening and why
- Develop tools that actually work in your life
- Move forward at a pace that feels right for you
Change doesn’t happen overnight, but every step forward moves you closer to where you want to be.
