Which Areas Do We Support In?
Our Story
TherapEase Counselling was launched in 2019 with the purpose of bringing ease to the process of accessing mental health services in Alberta. There are multiple barriers that can prevent an individual from reaching out for therapeutic support, including: stigma, long wait times, limited appointment availabilities, commute time, privacy concerns, and a lack of direct billing options. TherapEase is committed to eliminating these barriers so that Albertans can access the mental health supports they need to thrive.
